uVote Refund Policy

uVote is free to download and use. It does not sell anything, does not charge for access codes, and does not process payments, so there is nothing to refund through the app.

No Payments in uVote

Access codes are free. Requesting a code from a room owner is free, and uVote has no checkout, payment gateway, or in-app purchase. Do not send money to get a code or to be approved for a room.

Payments Made Outside the App

uVote does not receive, hold, or verify any money and cannot reverse or refund a payment made outside the app, for example to a room owner. If you paid someone for access, ask that person for a refund directly or contact the support channels of the payment service you used. You can report an owner who asks for payment in exchange for access using the developer contact in About App.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
